Welcome to the new site for Highland. We need volunteers to submit articles for this site. Several have already volunteered, and we look forward to their submissions very soon. You could help as well. Who are we looking for? Someone that has news that they want to share with our community. School news, sports, civic groups, churches, clubs - anything that you think would add value to this site. It's easy. If you can send an email, you can submit an article. Some training might be available if needed. Contact the site admin to see if you qualify.

Highland PRIDE still has a few commemorative Sesquicentennial pillows left. These are great companions to the Highland afghans that were offered several years ago, as they are constructed of the same blue on cream materials. The pillows would make a special Christmas gift. They are being offered for half price - $10.00 each. |

To ensure this code release, Wilco Jansen resorted to sending rum to joint lead-developer Johan Janssens. Johan, who's had a penchant for rum ever since the first "Pirate's of the Caribbean" movie screened, took the bait, mixed it with Cola, and here we are with our latest 1.5 release. It looks like pirate talk will figure quite a lot in future Joomla! development! |
